Externally threaded set of four 14 karat gold stud piercings. Suitable for the ear, helix, septum, cartilage, lobe, tragus and daith. This item is made to order and ships out within 3 weeks after the date when your order is placed. Please choose carefully as all purchases of our made to order range are final sale and non-returnable (orders can not be modified, canceled or returned). Please note this is an assymetrical earring set and includes four earrings, each individual.

Adornmonde's solid 14 karat gold is a precious metal that suits the girl on the go. It never oxidizes or discolors and can be safely worn when swimming, at the gym or showering. It's stronger than its 18 and 24 karat friends which makes it more difficult to chip and damage. If you are wanting to wear your jewelry always, and never take it off, we recommend purchasing from our 14 karat range. You can keep your 14 karat gold jewelry looking great by using a soft brush and some warm water to lightly scrub it.

Stock availability

While Adornmonde makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.

Order Cancellation

As our orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any details in your order once it has been placed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact customercare@adornmonde.com as soon as possible. Please be advised that you also have the option to return your order within 7 days of receipt for USA customers or 20 day of receipt for international customers.

Returns

We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for a full refund.

If you’re in the US, you have 7 days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside of the US, you have 20 days. All customers (USA and International) must apply for a RA number within 7 days from the date of receiving your item(s). To obtain a RA number:

1. Log into your “My Account”.

2. Click on “Order History” in the left menu.

3. On the far right hand side of the relevant order number, click “Return This Order” to obtain a RA number.

Any items that are returned without obtaining a RA number after completing the steps above will not be accepted as a return.

For USA customers your refund will be credited to your original method of payment less a $9.99 USD return shipping fee.

For international customers your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please choose your own method of shipment to have your item(s) returned with.
“Final Sale” items can’t be returned for any reason. Items on sale, but not marked as “Final Sale” can only be returned for store credit within the return conditions below. If a full priced item has a promotional code applied to it, this does not qualify it as a sale item unless specified by the terms of the promotion.

international shipping & taxes

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by Adornmonde. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.

Adornmonde is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees. If you choose not to collect your package which has custom fees owing, your package will be discarded and you will not be refunded. We are also unable to issue refunds for any form of shipment delays caused by third party carriers.
