The item says it’s available on Pre-Order. What does this mean?
Only selected products will be available for Pre-Order. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product. Please familiarise yourself with the following Pre-Order terms before completing your purchase:
At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full RRP to secure your Pre-Order.
Due to the pre-sale nature of this type of transaction, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product & the actual delivery of the product.

What happens if a sale item I purchased is further reduced?
If an item is purchased at a sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further discounted regardless of the reason.
What does Final Sale mean?
Items that are marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or credit regardless of how much time has passes since purchase. All “Final Sale” items are marked as such on the product page. Promo codes or sale coupon codes can not be applied against items on final sale.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Whoops-a-daisy! Contact us right away at [email protected] and will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced or refunded.
What is Adorn Platinum all about?
This is a special VIP service we have put together to make shopping at Adornmonde completely hassle free. Adorn Platinum subscribers can enjoy free expedite 2 day shipping on all orders for the 120 days duration of their membership. Returns are also free, which means we cover the costs of shipping the item back to us as well as the restocking fee. Adorn Platinum subscribers also get early priority access to any new arrivals and are invited to special members only sales. Sweet!
Can I subscribe to Adorn Platinum for longer than 120 days?
Unfortunately at this stage we only offer 120 days of membership. When your membership runs out your more than welcome to go ahead and purchase another subscription.
I’m not a U.S. customer, can I also purchase Adorn Platinum?
Sorry beauties, Adorn Platinum is only available for U.S. customers at this stage. We will be sure to update you later on if this becomes available for customers outside of the U.S.
I just purchased an Adorn Platnium Membership. Can I use this service on orders placed before the membership start date?
Unfortunately not. Adorn Platinum membership privileges may only be used against order placed at the same time or after the purchase of the membership. This service can not be applied against orders placed before the membership start date.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached to all design, jewelry bags and gift box, for a full refund. If you’re in the US, you have 7 days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside of the US, you have 20 days. For Adorn Platinum Members there is no re-stocking fee, however if you’re not an Adorn Platinum Member a 12% re-stocking fee will apply to the total value of the goods you are returning.
How long does it take to process a return? This normally takes between 7-10 business days. Once we receive your return we will need a couple of days to process this. Then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.
How can I do an exchange?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
How much does shipping cost?

Can you ship to P.O boxes?
Sorry we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. If you list a P.O. box as your shipping method, you will be contacted via email for an alternative address.
Do you accept orders for international customers?

How do I return an internationally shipped order?
US Customs laws prevent us from providing shipping labels for overseas returns. You can ship your return back to us the most convenient way for you to the address on our Returns & Shipping page.
Does my order include customs, duties, and/or taxes required by my country?
We do not cover the cost of the cost of customs, duties or taxes. These fees are out of our control and vary by country. They are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package.
