Currency & sales tax

Even though your order may be displayed in your currency of choice, all orders will be charged United States dollar, USD. Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York.

Payment options

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Union pay. We also accept PayPal, Applepay, Afterpay, Alipay and Wechat payments.


Only selected products will be available for pre-order. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product. Please familiarise yourself with the following pre-order terms before completing your purchase:

At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full RRP to secure your pre-order.

Due to the pre-sale nature of this type of transaction, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product & the actual delivery of the product.

Delivery dates are subject to change & our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order. Standard return & exchange policies apply to all pre-orders. Should you wish to cancel your pre-order email us at customercare@adornmonde.com. Please note that we can not cancel pre-orders within 48 hours of their shipment

Ordering “Final Sale” or “Made to order” items

Items that are marked “Final Sale” or “Made to order” are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or credit regardless of how much time has passed since purchase. All “Final Sale” and “Made to order” items are marked as such on the product page. Promo codes or sale coupon codes can not be applied against items on final sale.


Afterpay is a service that offers you the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks, without any interest.

How do I use Afterpay?

To use it, just shop our website as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order – easy!

Afterpay is only eligible on orders between $35 and $1,000. Afterpay can’t be used when purchasing an e-gift card. You must be over 18 and meet additional eligibility criteria to qualify. Late fees apply.

Can I use Afterpay if I am outside of the US?

Afterpay is offered to our customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers outside these countries will not be able to use Afterpay at this time.

Can I use another form of payment with Afterpay?

Yes, you can also use an Adornmonde e-gift card with Afterpay to pay for your purchase as long as your order total is between $35 and $1,000 and doesn’t include purchasing an e-gift card.

Stock availability

While Adornmonde makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.

Order Cancellation

As our orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any details in your order once it has been placed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact customercare@adornmonde.com as soon as possible. Please be advised that you also have the option to return your order within 7 days of receipt for USA customers or 20 day of receipt for international customers.


We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for a full refund.

If you’re in the US, you have 7 days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside of the US, you have 20 days. All customers (USA and International) must apply for a RA number within 7 days from the date of receiving your item(s). To obtain a RA number:

1. Log into your “My Account”.

2. Click on “Order History” in the left menu.

3. On the far right hand side of the relevant order number, click “Return This Order” to obtain a RA number.

Any items that are returned without obtaining a RA number after completing the steps above will not be accepted as a return.

For USA customers your refund will be credited to your original method of payment less a $9.99 USD return shipping fee.

  • For international customers your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please choose your own method of shipment to have your item(s) returned with.
  • “Final Sale” items can’t be returned for any reason. Items on sale, but not marked as “Final Sale” can only be returned for store credit within the return conditions below. If a full priced item has a promotional code applied to it, this does not qualify it as a sale item unless specified by the terms of the promotion.
international shipping & taxes

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by Adornmonde. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.

Adornmonde is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees. If you choose not to collect your package which has custom fees owing, your package will be discarded and you will not be refunded. We are also unable to issue refunds for any form of shipment delays caused by third party carriers.
