Customer service excellence!!!

This bracelet is absolutely beautiful, I love it, BUT I want to comment on the incredible customer service. I got the Obert Initial necklace for my birthday and absolutely loved it- my favorite necklace. But unfortunately, one of my clients broke it off my neck and I was devastated. I reached out regarding the warranty and unfortunately it could not be replaced as it was considered wear and tear. However, there was an offer going on if you spent $250 worth of jewelry, you received a free Obert necklace. They offered to waive the cost and let me order any piece of jewelry, regardless of price, and send me a new necklace. Everyone was so helpful and kind and so kind to offer this for me! 10000/10 customer service and I will order from AdorneMonde over and over again!

Beautiful piece

Is a gorgeous piece. Mine broke after a couple of wears but they replace it inmediatly. Very pleases with their customer service. Important note: it is made for small wrist.
