We offer free express international shipping on all orders totalling $200 or more US dollars before taxes. This is only available for our customers shipping to an address outside of the United States. Qualifying international orders will be shipped using express shipping services.

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) of purchase pending availability and credit verification.

Customers who select premium shipping services must also allow 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, for all standard services we estimate you will receive it within 2 to 3 weeks of its shipment date. Shipping times may vary but we will try our hardest to get this to you as quickly as possible. Please note we do not ship on weekends and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

If you have purchased pre-order or made to order items, we'll ship everything together once all items are in stock. For large orders (US$500 or more), we may ship in stock items first so your made to order and/or pre-order items are shipped in a follow up shipment. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by Adornmonde. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.

Please note, Adornmonde is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees. If you choose not to collect your package which has custom fees owing, your package will be discarded and you will not be refunded. We are also unable to issue refunds for any form of shipment delays caused by third party carriers.

When you receive a gift with your order, customs regulations require us to declare its full retail price on the shipping documents. If you’re an international customer, this means you may be charged taxes or duties upon delivery, even for complimentary items. Please note that any such fees must be paid by you, as Adornmonde cannot cover them.
