All sales made during Adornmonde’s 2025 Black Friday & Cyber Monday (BFCM25) promotion are final and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Pre-order and made-to-order delivery timelines are subject to change. Cancellations will not be accepted for these designs, including those experiencing extended production delays.
Please note that our Free Returns & Package Protection service via Redo is unavailable during Black Friday. Customers may still purchase Package Protection at checkout, but this covers only shipping issues (loss or damage) - not free returns.

WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL RETURN POLICY?
Orders placed during Adornmonde’s BFCM25 sale (November 12, 8am EST – December 1, 11:59pm PST) are covered by our BFCM25 terms & conditions. Our standard return policy does not apply during this promotion window.
We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, including tags, jewelry cards, jewelry bags, and gift boxes for both US and international customers. You have 14 days from the date you receive your jewelry to initiate a return. Please remember to return any gifts with purchase if your return reduces your order below the qualifying level for those gifts.
Refunds are not available for "Made to Order" jewelry; however, we can accommodate exchanges (USA only) or issue credit notes for "Made to Order" items.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings or piercing jewelry that have been worn.
HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN?
Please note: Orders placed during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday (BFCM25) sale period are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
Our return portal will not accept return submissions for these purchases.
To return jewelry item(s) please follow these steps;
1. Start your return: Access our online return portal here.
2. Select items for return: Once logged in, provide your order details and follow the prompts to select the jewelry items you wish to return.
3. Shipping Label Instructions:
For USA Customers: A return shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after you submit your return request.
For International Customers: Please contact us at customercare@adornmonde.com to confirm the return shipping address and the items you are returning.
FOR USA CUSTOMERS
If you opted for our new Free Returns & Package Protection via Redo upgrade at checkout, there will be no charge for returning your order. Please note that our general return policy still applies, even with this service upgrade. Items marked as "Made to Order" are not eligible for refunds.
If you did not select this service, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus a US$9.99 local carrier rate. All USA customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return their items using a shipping method of their choice. To obtain the return shipping address, please email us at customercare@adornmonde.com. Kindly note that shipping charges, duties, and fees are non-refundable.
Adornmonde is unable to accept returns from international customers for unpaid customs taxes and fees, incorrectly addressed orders, or refused shipments. If you elect to ship your return via your own shipping method, Adornmonde is not responsible for lost returned packages.
During Black Friday / Cyber Monday (BFCM25): All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
WHAT IS FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECTION VIA REDO?
Please note: During promotional periods such as Black Friday, free returns via Redo are unavailable. Customers may still purchase Package Protection at checkout, which covers shipping loss or damage only — not return shipping.
We now offer US customers free return and package protection for all US orders via Redo, which you can add to your order at checkout. If you purchase Redo for $7.99 with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund for FREE. Redo covers all items in the shopping bag; you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.
If you choose not to purchase this Redo upgrade, or would like a full refund, you can still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Free returns & package protection via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, unworn, and all tags attached. Made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds, only exchange or store credit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Return processing typically takes 7–28 business days from the date your items are received. Each piece is carefully inspected for authenticity and quality before a refund is issued to your original payment method.
During peak periods, additional delays may occur. If you require your refund to be expedited, please contact customercare@adornmonde.com. Please note that your bank may also require additional time to finalize the transaction.
WHAT’S YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We now offer exchanges exclusively for our USA customers. To opt for an exchange, please follow the steps outlined in the "HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN?" section above using our online return portal. Note that items marked as "Made to Order" are eligible for exchange or credit note but not for refund.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE LOST PACKAGES, SHIPPING CHARGES, DUTIES, OR FEES?
Adornmonde offers package insurance through our Free Returns & Package Protection via Redo service available at checkout. If you select this option and your package is lost, we will reissue your order at no additional charge. Please note, this service does not provide a refund but guarantees a replacement of your package.
For orders where this protection upgrade is not selected, Adornmonde is not liable for lost shipments and cannot issue refunds.
For international customers Adornmonde is not responsible for refunding orders due to lost shipments, carrier delays or errors. Please also be aware that all shipping charges, duties, and fees are non-refundable.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
If your order qualifies for a free gift and you decide to return all or part of your order, you must ensure the remaining order value still meets the qualifying threshold to keep the free gift. If the adjusted order value falls below the qualifying amount after you complete your return, you must also return the free gift to be eligible for a refund. If the free gift is not returned, Adornmonde reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.
FINAL SALE PROMOTIONAL RETURN POLICY
All sales made during our promotional periods, such as Memorial Day and Black Friday, are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. During these sale periods, Adornmonde will not accept cancellations for any pre-ordered or made-to-order items. Additionally, promotional codes, including first-time discounts, credit notes, and e-gift cards, are not valid during these times. By clicking CHECKOUT, you agree to our terms and conditions for promotional sales.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER YOUR 1-YEAR WARRANTY?
We want you to feel confident in your purchase of Adornmonde jewelry. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We are committed to the quality of our jewelry and will repair or replace any items that break due to manufacturing defects or other causes not associated with normal wear and tear.
Here's what this means;
Coverage: Your Adornmonde jewelry will be repaired or replaced if returned to us within 1 year of the purchase date, at no additional cost.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, damage from normal wear and tear (such as broken chains or chipped rings), misuse, improper storage, or any modifications made by third parties.
Eligibility: The warranty applies to the date of the original purchase. If a replacement or repair is issued, the effective warranty date for the replacement or repair remains the original purchase date (you do not receive an additional 12-month warranty for the repaired or replaced item).
This warranty applies only to purchases made on Adornmonde.com and is valid for purchases made from October 1, 2022, onwards. Jewelry purchased from other retailers or platforms is not covered under Adornmonde’s warranty.
