Customers receive US$50 off jewelry purchases totaling US$300 or more before taxes and shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout; no code is required. If returns bring the order below US$300, the US$50 discount will be deducted from the refund. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional code, including first-time customer discounts. Adornmonde reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.

Even though your order may be displayed in your currency of choice, all orders will be charged United States dollar, USD. Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York.

During sitewide promotional events, additional discount codes (including first-time customer offers and other coupon codes) cannot be combined with the promotion. If your order qualifies for the sitewide offer, the promotional discount will be applied automatically.

If you would prefer to use a discount code instead of the sitewide promotion, please wait until the promotional event has ended before placing your order.

Store credits and e-gift cards may still be used as a form of payment unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

Some promotions only apply when your order meets a minimum spend or item quantity. This includes sitewide discounts and free gifts with purchase. If you return items from a promotional order and the items you keep no longer meet the offer requirements, the promotion will no longer apply;

For discounted orders, your refund will be recalculated based on the regular price of the items you keep.

For orders that qualified for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned if your order no longer meets the qualifying spend or item quantity. If the gift is not returned, Adornmonde reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.

If your order is in stock and not part of our made-to-order range, we can assist with cancellations up to 48 hours before shipment. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will apply to the final price paid for the items requested to be canceled, excluding any taxes, returns & package protection fees, and shipping charges. If your order is within 48 hours of being shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Cancellations of made-to-order jewelry are not possible once your order has been placed. Additionally, cancellations of pre-orders, which may be affected by changes in shipment dates, are still subject to cancellation fees.

Gift cards are redeemable online at adornmonde.com only and are issued in USD. They do not expire and may be used partially, with any remaining balance retained for future purchases. Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and cannot be reloaded or resold.

Store credits are issued in the form of gift cards and are subject to the same terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Earned Gift Cards: Issued to the purchasing customer only and are non-transferable. If the qualifying order is returned (in full or part) and falls below the spend threshold, the gift card will be voided. Not valid on the qualifying purchase.

Items that are marked “Final Sale” or “Made to order” are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or credit regardless of how much time has passed since purchase. All “Final Sale” and “Made to order” items are marked as such on the product page. Promo codes or sale coupon codes can not be applied against items on final sale.

Shipment delays may occur from time to time when purchasing “Made to order” items. Customers who order "Made to order" items recognise this and are acknowledged they are unable to request cancellation, returns or refunds because of "Made to order" shipment delays.
