If your order is in stock and not part of our made-to-order range, we can assist with cancellations up to 48 hours before shipment. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will apply to the final price paid for the items requested to be canceled, excluding any taxes, returns & package protection fees, and shipping charges. If your order is within 48 hours of being shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Cancellations of made-to-order jewelry are not possible once your order has been placed. Additionally, cancellations of pre-orders, which may be affected by changes in shipment dates, are still subject to cancellation fees.

Even though your order may be displayed in your currency of choice, all orders will be charged United States dollar, USD. Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New York.

Please be aware that the local currency amount we display is an approximation only and may be different from the actual amount you are charged in your local currency. For accurate local currency charges, please contact your financial institution for the exchange rate they will apply at the time of your USD purchase.

Gift cards and credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Once expired, Adornmonde cannot reissue them. Credit notes and gift cards cannot be used during promotional or sale periods

Due to the pre-sale and made-to-order nature of this type of transaction, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product & the actual delivery of the product.

Items that are marked “Final Sale” or “Made to order” are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or credit regardless of how much time has passed since purchase. All “Final Sale” and “Made to order” items are marked as such on the product page. Promo codes or sale coupon codes can not be applied against items on final sale.

Shipment delays may occur from time to time when purchasing “Made to order” items. Customers who order "Made to order" items recognise this and are acknowledged they are unable to request cancellation, returns or refunds because of "Made to order" shipment delays.

At Adornmonde, we value our customers and want to ensure you get the best value for your purchases. From time to time, we offer promotions on our products. If you made a purchase within 24 hours before the start of a promotion, we are happy to offer you a price match.

Afterpay is a service that offers you the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks, without any interest.

To use it, just shop our website as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order – easy!

Afterpay is only eligible on orders between $35 and $1,000. Afterpay can’t be used when purchasing an e-gift card. You must be over 18 and meet additional eligibility criteria to qualify. Late fees apply.

Afterpay is offered to our customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers outside these countries will not be able to use Afterpay at this time.

Yes, you can also use an Adornmonde e-gift card with Afterpay to pay for your purchase as long as your order total is between $35 and $1,000 and doesn’t include purchasing an e-gift card.
