Underwhelming and difficult to use
I have several other Adornmonde items and this one just didn’t hit. I got the smallest size for a specific piercing (and am used to the tiny jewelry from AM), but the way this one is manufactured it’s very difficult to remove one inserted. Also, the price for the bling just isn’t worth it because it’s hardly noticeable.
But what REALLY turned me off—GIL from customer service. I’ll be using my exchange credits and gift cards, but his snarky, sarcastic satire are so off putting that I’m done with this company once those are used. Unfortunate because the jewelry is great, but to blatantly ignore multiple inquiries, only respond to what’s convenient to them, not respond when caught in a lie, pretend to offer discounts as compensation that are readily available internet codes. There’s plenty of other companies with comparable jewelry that don’t treat their customers this way. Sad because I genuinely love all my other pieces, and AM just happened to ask fo a review on this piece in particular—but there’s no reason for customer service to treat customers seeking assistance with an exchange and delayed shipments that way and it’s just not worth it.
