Wanted to love it but…
I waited weeks for this earring as they are custom made…the minute I received it, I took it to Paradigm Piercing Boutique here in Huntington Beach CA to have it professionally put in my ear in an existing conch hole. My piercing technician is extremely talented, owns her own boutique, and has been assisting me with piercings for years. This particular earring only stayed in my ear for 24 hours before falling out and getting lost!! :( We are both incredibly saddened by the quality of this very expensive earring. I own several styles from your company. This one is a complete fail, unfortunately. I have hesitated putting this review on Instagram because I value your brand, but I am honestly very disappointed, especially given how many pieces I have invested in from you. I appreciate being able to share this experience with you here, and hope you can do something to make this hugely disappointing experience right. Thank you.
