I ordered two of these for my double helix. I started with the 6.5mm length and ended up exchanging one for the 5mm. Top is 6.5mm and bottom is the 5mm. Exactly what I wanted. I rarely change out my helix earrings and I can sleep in these no issues at all. Highly recommend.
I love the look of a hoop in my helix but it gets so angry that I quickly switch back to a stud. This gives me the best of both worlds. Looks like a hoop but the straight post keeps my piercing happy!
