I ordered 2 5mm Frankie earrings.
PROS: They look amazing on and I love how unique they are.
CONS: Highly recommend using a taper tool to get these on, they are pretty time consuming and difficult to get on d/t the "U" shape and the twisting method - for this reason I recommend these more for everyday wear.
Biggest complaint is the faulty design and difficulty with a proper return. One earring I had has been perfect with no problems at all for over a year. The other earring I received would continuously twist and it never properly sealed or locked and would fall out. Customer service did honor a return however the next piece I received was having the exact same issue. A third return was made and this time the piece seemed to work well except after 5 months it again would not fully tighten and would fall out. After the third return I requested them to send me a new piece and THEN I would return the faulty piece because I felt like they were just trying to fix the faulty earring and I just didn't trust that the 4th shipment would resolve my problems. They agreed to honor my request however wanted me to send a video of me proving the earring was faulty before they would send me an earring that worked which I found very frustrating as holding a phone and twisting this tiny earring at the same time would be super challenging. The company assured me that this is not a regular problem they have but again at this point I find that hard to believe that I would have 3 problems…
