Hi Marie, Thanks for your review. Not sure if you are aware but this is an adjustable shank design. When the cuff is on the ear you can gentle squeeze the cuff to fit it to the ear. We would be happy to share a how to video on the way you can correctly wear this deisgn - its been a best seller of ours for over 8 years, so we think this might be a issue with knowing. how to wear the cuff as the design has not been updated since we launched 8 years ago.

The cuffs were beautiful but I lost one my first time wearing them. :/ I wish I had a better way to keep them on my ears.
