Beautiful pieces, even better customer service!
First of all, the selection is phenomenal. Almost makes it too hard to choose :-) The items I ordered arrived sooner than expected. The shipping box was top quality and there were well secured boxes within and then the earrings themselves were each in their own sweet little tins. The earrings were even more beautiful than I hoped and extremely well made. Turned out a couple of them were too small for where I intended them. When I reached out I not only heard back quickly but the response clearly addressed each of my questions and was signed by an actual person!!! We corresponded a couple more times and in each instance the responses were timely and thorough. True customer service. I LOVE supporting small businesses and that's just one of the reasons. The return process worked seamlessly and my store credit appeared very quickly. I think I've narrowed down what I'm going to use it on!! Can't say enough about Adornmonde.
