What is your return policy?

We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for both US and international customers. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your jewelry to obtain a return authorization (RA). Without this RA number, returns cannot be accepted.

Please note returns are not possible for “Final sale” or “Made to order” jewelry.

How to complete a return?

To return any jewelry item(s) please complete the following 4 steps;

  1. Log into your "My account".
  2. Click on "My orders" and then select the respective order number you wish to return.
  3. On the top right hand side of the relevant order, click "Create a return" and follow the prompts to obtain an RA number.
  4. For our USA customers, a return shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of applying for your RA (excluding weekends and public holidays). For our international customers, please contact us at customercare@adornmonde.com to confirm the return shipping address. You will also need to arrange your own method of shipping for returning your order.

For USA customers, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment less a $9.99 USD return shipping fee. You have 7 days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you have not received your return shipping label, and it is now 24 hours since you originally applied for your RA (excluding weekends), please email us at customercare@adornmonde.com. We do also suggest taking a peek at your filtered emails in case your email service has moved your return shipping label there.

For international customers, a full refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please choose your own method of shipment to have your item(s) returned with. You have 20 days to return your jewelry back to us. Please note that all shipping charges as well as any duties or fees are not refundable.

Adornmonde is unable to accept returns from international customers for unpaid customs taxes and fees, incorrectly addressed orders or refused shipments. We are also not responsible for lost returned packages, and we recommend you insure and track your package.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Return processing normally takes between 7-14 business days. Once we receive your return we will need a couple of days to process this. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment, then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.

What’s your exchange policy?

We don’t accept exchanges, but you’re welcome to go ahead and return the item and place a new order.

“Final sale” and “Made to order” items can’t be returned or exchanged for any reason.

How do you handle duties or fees?

Please note that all shipping charges as well as any duties or fees are not refundable.

Can I use my own shipping label?

If you are inside the US we recommend using an Adornmonde shipping label to return your items back to us via. Once your RA is complete our returns team will be back in touch with an return shipping label via email. Return labels will be issued Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm EST. Labels will not be issued over the weekend. If you haven’t received your label within 24 hours of submitting your RA, please send us an email at customercare@adornmonde.com and we can chase this up for you.

If you are outside the US, you will need to use your own shipping label to return your jewelry. Once you have submitted your RA please email us at customercare@adornmonde.com and we will confirm the correct return shipping address.

Stock availability

While Adornmonde makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.

Order Cancellation

As our orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any details in your order once it has been placed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact customercare@adornmonde.com as soon as possible. Please be advised that you also have the option to return your order within 7 days of receipt for USA customers or 20 day of receipt for international customers.

Returns

We accept returns in new condition with original packaging, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for a full refund.

If you’re in the US, you have 7 days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside of the US, you have 20 days. All customers (USA and International) must apply for a RA number within 7 days from the date of receiving your item(s). To obtain a RA number:

1. Log into your “My Account”.

2. Click on “Order History” in the left menu.

3. On the far right hand side of the relevant order number, click “Return This Order” to obtain a RA number.

Any items that are returned without obtaining a RA number after completing the steps above will not be accepted as a return.

For USA customers your refund will be credited to your original method of payment less a $9.99 USD return shipping fee.

  • For international customers your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please choose your own method of shipment to have your item(s) returned with.
  • “Final Sale” items can’t be returned for any reason. Items on sale, but not marked as “Final Sale” can only be returned for store credit within the return conditions below. If a full priced item has a promotional code applied to it, this does not qualify it as a sale item unless specified by the terms of the promotion.
international shipping & taxes

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by Adornmonde. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.

Adornmonde is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees. If you choose not to collect your package which has custom fees owing, your package will be discarded and you will not be refunded. We are also unable to issue refunds for any form of shipment delays caused by third party carriers.
