We offer both standard and express shipping on orders shipped with the US and express shipping for orders shipped internationally. From April 2024, we are shipping complete orders to cut down on waste so if your order includes made-to-order or pre-order items, we'll ship everything together once it's in stock.

Package Protection is an optional, non-refundable service that provides coverage for parcels that are confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit and prior to confirmed delivery by the carrier.

For customers who opt to purchase Package Protection, if a parcel is confirmed by the carrier as lost or not delivered in transit, Adornmonde will either reissue the order (subject to stock availability) or issue a store credit, based on your preference.

Package Protection does not extend to parcels that have been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. Once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered, Adornmonde is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement or store credit as a goodwill resolution.

Package Protection is a non-refundable service fee and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including order cancellations or returns.

For customers who choose not to purchase Package Protection, Adornmonde is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels once they have been shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or failed delivery attempts, a $9.99 return shipping fee will apply for U.S. orders, or the invoiced carrier return fee for international orders.

This fee covers the shipping and handling costs incurred to send and receive the parcel back to us. It applies regardless of whether your original order qualified for free shipping or included Package Protection.

Once the parcel has been received back at our facility, you may choose one of the following options:

Reshipment – A $9.99 reshipment fee will apply for U.S. orders. For international orders, the applicable carrier shipping fee will apply. The order will be re-shipped once the fee has been paid.

Order Cancellation & Refund – The applicable return shipping fee (either $9.99 for U.S. orders or the invoiced carrier fee for international orders) will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, any unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges, or additional carrier fees billed back to Adornmonde will also be deducted from the refund.

We ship orders within 24-72 hours of purchase from our awesome New York warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Customers who select express shipping services must also allow 24 to 72 hours for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that shipping times may vary. During peak periods, such as Christmas or promotional events, there may be additional delays in the shipment of orders.When calculating delivery times for shipping services, please exclude weekends and public holidays, as these are not considered business days.

We ship on weekdays from New York. Orders placed for all shipping services before 12 PM EST will ship out on the same day. Orders received after Friday 12 PM EST will be shipped on Mondays. We are not able to prepare or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

If you have pre-order or made to order items, we'll ship everything together once all items are in stock. For large orders (US$500 or more), we may ship in stock items first and your made to order and/or pre-order items in a follow up shipment.

If there is an incorrect address, Adornmonde is not responsible for lost shipments that arise due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their order(s) are correctly addressed at the time of purchase. Should an order fail to arrive because of customer address error(s), Adornmonde is not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.

For all international shipments outside the US, it is the customers responsibility to arrange the collection of their package within the designated time frame. Should the customer fail to collect their package from the respective international courier company, Adornmonde is not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are out of our control and vary by country. Standard (national post service) and express shipping providers (DHL, UPS, Fedex and EMS) notify the customer if such fees apply. They are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package.

Adornmonde ships to PO boxes in the US. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes outside the US at this time.

For added security, all U.S. orders valued at USD $500 or more are shipped with Adult Signature Required.

An adult (21 years or older) must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package and present valid photo ID for age verification.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery.
